Dear BEA members,
I once again humbly accept the role of Interest Division Representative.
I have been a member of BEA for over a decade and during that time it has been my great pleasure to serve in the leadership of the Writing Division, eventually becoming chair, and for the past two years as your representative to the BEA Board of Directors as the Interest Division Representative.
It is my job as IDR to listen to your ideas and concerns about your division and to communicate them to the board. Also, I am available to help you in any way I can that will strengthen your division and make it significant and beneficial to your professional lives.
While I normally communicate with the division chairs about division matters, I am happy to speak with all members about your experience within your division and BEA as a whole.
