The NFRG selection committee is comprised of members of BEA’s Research Interest Division.  The chair of the division leads the selection process. 

The Selection Committee will review the nomination packages and based on the award criteria will make a recommendation that will be shared with BEA’s executive committee for approval.

The chair of the committee will notify the NFRG recipient and all individuals who applied by January 31.

Selection Criteria:

•  Completed applications will be judged primarily on their academic promise.
• Indications of the applicant’s effectiveness as a researcher.
