• The book or creative work must have been published/complete during the past two calendar years.
• Fill out one online form for each submission.
• Include brief description/abstract.
• Include one letter of support/reference letter from a colleague or consultant.
• Please upload or provide a url/link to the final version of the creative submission or a pdf version of the book.
• The book or creative submission must be related to broadcast or media history.
• The submission deadline is December 15.
