Applications must be submitted online and include:

· Project Description: Provide the project title and description that includes the connection to the mission of BEA. Applicants are encouraged to include uploads or links of work in progress related to the project.

· Type of Project: Explain the type of project you are seeking a grant for (i.e. documentary, multimedia project, audio, sports, news, film, etc.).

· Production Team: Define your role and the roles of any team members in the project.

· Timeline: Provide the general project timeline, including a target date of completion.

· Budget: Explain your project budget and how BEA funds will be used to complete the project.

· Biographical Information: Provide your complete CV (PDF) and a short bio, and list all team member names/titles/institutions.

· Support Letter: Provide one letter of support from the applicant’s direct supervisor.
