Washington, D.C. – At the November 2013 BEA Board Meeting, a new executive committee was elected to serve the BEA membership. The terms for the newly elected executive committee members will begin at BEA2014 in Las Vegas this April. Please join us in congratulating the new executive committee officers:<\/p>\n

\nVice President for Academic Relations — John Allen Hendricks, Stephen F. Austin State University
\nVice President for Industry Relations \u2013 Christine H. Merritt, Ohio Association of Broadcasters
\nSecretary-Treasurer \u2013 Augie Grant, University of South Carolina Immediate
\nPast President \u2013 Mary C. Schaffer, California State University \u2013 Northridge
\nIn April 2014, Greg Newton, Ohio University will be rotating off the board as Immediate Past President.<\/p>\n
