Student Scriptwriting Competition

The Student Scriptwriting Competition accepts entries in the following categories:

SW1 – Short Narrative Film — Short Narrative Film (1-59 Pages); Scripts may be any narrative fictional genre and may be live-action, animation, or a combination of both. 

SW2 – Feature Narrative Film — Narrative Feature (60-160 Pages); Scripts may be any narrative fictional genre and may be live-action, animation, or a combination of both. 

SW3 – Original Television Series Pilot Original Television Series Pilot (1-90 Pages); Scripts may be any narrative fictional genre and may be live-action, animation, or a combination of both

SW4 – Television Spec Television Spec (1-90 Pages); Scripts may be any narrative fictional genre and may be live-action, animation, or a combination of both. 

SW5 – Mini-Episodic/Webisode — Mini-Episodic/Webisode (1-15 pages). Scripts may be any narrative fictional genre and may be live-action, animation, or a combination of both. Up to the first three (3) episodes may be submitted for consideration if those episodes are under a total of 15 pages. Do not submit separate episodes. Combine them into one PDF file separated by a title sheet for each episode. 

SW6 – Narrative Podcast/Radio Drama/Play — Structured Narrative Podcast or Radio Drama/Play (1-30 pages). Scripts may be any fictional genre but must be written as an audio production.
