New Dates, New Location...and Tons of New Opportunities

We made what might be the biggest move in the history of BEA conventions, and we’re excited.  The new dates put BEA2011 in conjunction with the NABshow and not only opened the door to hundreds of new opportunities for our attendees, but also opened the door to BEA exhibitors & sponsors who will receive visibility from more than 85,000 people who plan to be in Vegas for the NABshow.

Located in the Las Vegas Hilton, BEA2011 is located just outside the doors of the convention center’s North Hall. While being right across the hall from key events like the All-Industry Opening, and Radio and Television VIP receptions and luncheons, it is nearly impossible for individuals attending these events to miss the BEA2011 exhibits space.  And, with the majority of BEA session doors opening directly into the exhibit space, there will always be another wave of visitors right around the corner. Contact J-D Boyle for more information or questions.

The Opportunities…
The concurrent BEA2011 and NABshow convention dates will give companies interested in reaching the education market a one-stop chance to connect with educators, without incurring extra costs additional nights of staff lodging.

Exhibit Floor Demo Center - Do you have a new product that impact educators?  Interested in doing giving tutorials on freshly launched software?  Our show floor demo center allows companies to show off their products and services to interested educators. All sessions will correspond with BEA session times and be listed in the show program.

NAB Booth Listings - If your company has a booth at NAB and would like to target colleges/universities and their faculty, we will have a special section in our BEA2011 convention program to highlight these booths. For $300 we will list your booth and location and give you 75-words to describe your company to our attendees.

BEA Festival of Media Arts - While the BEA Festival of Media Arts has been a staple for eight years, for the first time we have expanded and opened new sponsorship opportunities.  Each year we receive over 1,000 entries featuring creative work from students and faculty, with the winning entries being showcased in Las Vegas during the 3 ½ day convention. With sponsors already signed up like AVID and The King Family Foundation, the festival is a way to grab the attention of the very best the next generation of content producers has to offer.  For more information on the festival click here...
