Pacific Grove, CA - Lew Dickey, CEO of Cumulus Media, Inc., will be the "dis" honored guest at the 18th Annual Bayliss Radio Roast to be held March 11, 2004, at The Pierre Hotel in New York City. Lew Dickey is Chairman, President and CEO of Cumulus Media that owns and operates 272 stations in 56 U.S. cities. He co-founded the company in 1997 and became its CEO in June of 2000. Prior to taking the reins as CEO, Mr. Dickey served as Vice Chairman of Cumulus, spearheading the acquisition effort responsible for building Cumulus' platform, which is the second largest in number of stations.

A second-generation broadcaster, Lew Dickey founded Stratford Research in 1985 and built the company into a leading provider of market research and strategy consulting to the radio and television industries. He is the author of The Franchise - Building Radio Brands, one of the industry's leading texts on competition and strategy. Mr. Dickey currently serves on the NAB Board of Directors.
